The waiver only applies to gaming floors. The capacity change includes the removal of social distancing restrictions and plexiglass dividers from gaming tables and slot machines, as well as full capacity at bars on the casino floor.
The Silverton also received approval from the Nevada Gaming Control Board to operate its casino at full capacity, effective immediately. The waiver applies to Bally’s Las Vegas, Caesars Palace, The Cromwell, Flamingo Las Vegas, Harrah’s Las Vegas, The Linq, Paris Las Vegas, Planet Hollywood Resort, and the Rio.
